AI advice from a lawyer who answers to the same rules you do
CaseFly helps law firms and legal departments figure out where AI fits, what it costs, and what their ethics rules already require, in plain English and without a sales pitch.
Legal teams are being told to "do something with AI." Very few are being told what.
Most of the AI advice aimed at lawyers comes from vendors selling a product or from consultants who have never had to supervise a junior associate or protect a client's file. The result is a lot of pressure and not much clarity.
I started CaseFly to give legal teams something more useful: straight answers about which tools are worth it, which workflows to fix first, and where the confidentiality and supervision risks actually are. If AI isn't the right answer for a problem, I'll say so.
Jared Stubbs
I've practiced law for more than 19 years. I started as a prosecutor, spent years in private practice, and served as in-house counsel for an international energy company, where I saw firsthand how the business side and the legal side weigh risk differently. Today I run a Utah law practice focused on business counsel and estate planning, and I bring that same practical, cost-aware approach to AI.

Four commitments
Independent
No vendor sponsorships, referral fees or affiliate links. Recommendations are based on what fits your team, not on who pays us.
Plain English
No jargon and no hype. You should be able to take what we give you straight to a partner meeting or a GC.
Rules first
Every recommendation starts with competence, confidentiality and supervision, and notes where your state's rules may differ.
Honest about limits
AI is not the answer to every problem. When it isn't, we'll tell you, even if that means less work for us.
CaseFly provides education and consulting on AI adoption. It does not provide legal services, and working with CaseFly does not create an attorney–client relationship. For legal advice about your own situation, talk with your counsel.
