Work with us

A clear AI plan for your legal team, in about four weeks

We look at how your team actually works, tell you where AI helps and where it doesn't, and help you put the right tools in place with the policies to back them up.

How it works

Four phases, in order

01 · FREE

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what your team already uses, what's off limits, and where the friction is. No slides. You leave with a straight answer on whether we can help.

02 · ASSESSMENT

Where you stand

We talk with the people doing the work and map the matter lifecycle: intake, conflicts, drafting, review and delivery. Every step gets a volume, a time cost and an honest read on whether AI belongs near it.

03 · ROADMAP

Buy or build

We lay out two tracks side by side: buying a legal AI platform, or setting up general-purpose AI on your own terms. Then we recommend one, with a phased budget and the governance each step needs.

04 · IMPLEMENTATION

Put it to work

Tools configured in your systems, on your templates, and tested against real matters before anyone relies on them. Plus a written AI usage policy and training for your team.

Stop after any phase. Each phase stands on its own. If the assessment shows you don't need a new tool, you've saved the cost of buying one.

What you get

What you walk away with

  • A current-state findings memoWhich tools your team uses today, approved or not, and where the risk sits.
  • A buy-or-build recommendationBoth options compared on cost, risk and fit, with a clear pick.
  • A phased, budgeted roadmapBefore-and-after workflows and a number on each phase, ready for a partner or leadership meeting.
  • A written AI usage policyWhat's allowed, what stays out, and who reviews the work, tied to Rules 1.1, 1.6 and 5.3.
  • Working toolsConfigured and tested in your environment, if you go on to implementation.
  • Team trainingA practical session so the tools actually get used, and used safely.
Pricing

Fixed fees, quoted up front

After the discovery call, you get a written quote for the assessment with a fixed price. Each later phase is quoted the same way before it starts, so you always know the cost before you commit.

Questions

Common questions

Is this legal advice?

No. CaseFly provides consulting and education on AI adoption. It does not provide legal services, and working with CaseFly does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you need a legal opinion, for example on how your state's ethics rules apply to a specific situation, talk with your own counsel.

Do you sell software or get paid by vendors?

No. We don't take sponsorships, referral fees or commissions from any vendor, so our recommendation is based only on what fits your team.

Will you tell us if we don't need AI?

Yes. Sometimes the right answer is a better template, a process change or no change at all. We'll say so.

How do you handle what we share with you?

What you share with us stays confidential and isn't shared outside CaseFly. We're happy to sign your NDA before the assessment starts.

Do you work with in-house legal departments?

Yes. We work with law firms and corporate legal departments. The process is the same; the questions change.

What languages do you work in?

English and Spanish.
